This sophisticated South Kensington apartment renovation showcases our approach to luxury residential interiors within prestigious period buildings. Located on Queen’s Gate near Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall, the property demanded a design response that honoured its distinguished setting while delivering contemporary family comfort.
The transformation focused on a comprehensive interior reconfiguration, replacing all flooring with carefully selected materials. New timber flooring enhances living spaces and bedrooms, while marble finishes create elegance in the entrance lobby, powder room, and principal bathroom. Kitchen and utility areas feature new tiling, with all flooring installations meeting strict acoustic specifications to ensure neighbour consideration within the apartment building.

Central to the design was the creation of a stunning marble fireplace feature wall that anchors the main living space, complementing the property’s intricate cornicing, which was reinstated through the works. Our bespoke joinery programme delivered comprehensive storage solutions, integrated shelving, and custom vanity units, all crafted to exacting standards and integrated with sophisticated lighting.
Working in close collaboration with Taylor Howes Interiors, we delivered a cohesive design vision that balances rich material palettes of timber and brass with sophisticated colour accents throughout the apartment’s refined interior scheme.
